How do I know I'm uploading the correct form?
A resale certificate is issued by your state by the division of taxation. You can search "[Your State] Resale Certificiate" in your search engine to download a blank form you can fill out.

How long does it take for my application to be reviewed?
It can take up to 1 business day for applications to be reviewed and become approved or denied. You can expect an email notification to let you know whether your application has been approved.

SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are broken down as the following.
- Orders sub-totaling the amount of $0-$99.99 cost $8 USD.
- Orders sub-totaling the amount of $100-$499.99 will cost $15 USD.
- Orders sub-totaling the amount of $500 or more will be free.
How long does shipping take?
All shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive at the delivery address.

What type of payments do you accept?
We take payments from major credit card companies.
Do I have to buy retail items in increments of 6 units?
Retail items must be purchased in increments of 6.
Can I print out the invoice of my order?
You can download and print out a copy of your invoice from a link located on your order confirmation email.
What is your refund policy?
